Heritage Online

Heritage Online Demonstration Systems

There are several example copies of Heritage Online available to give an idea how Heritage Online works and how it can be tailored to fit in seamlessly with your own logos and website design. All of these examples link to the same sample database at the IS Oxford offices.

The first button shows the standard release of the current version of Heritage Online. It is expected that many users will wish to tailor Heritage Online to look like their own website, so the second button takes you to a copy of an earlier version of Heritage Online that has been tailored to look like the IS Oxford website. The third button shows that version without the tailoring.

You can search our Heritage Online for a list of our customers with publically visible Heritage Onlines. A link is provided to let you search their catalogues. The same search will also give a list of tailored Heritage Onlines which you can also view

The idea is to give customers and prospective customers alike an environment in which to try out Heritage Online. The interface itself is completely customisable (as shown in the second example), so your own brands and logos can be adopted so that it fits in seamlessly with your own website and existing systems.

The following information about the buttons available may help you or you may prefer to use a script we have written to take you through some of what Heritage Online can do:

Help will provide help on using the system

Reader information will open a login screen in order to access a reader's personal information. To see an example, use a reader name of Myers and a PIN of 13
